Coach Skills Training

DeepRiver offers a coach training program that is accredited
through the International Coach Federation. 

Individual Training

Gayle has over 15 years of experience coaching individuals and teams. For nearly a decade, she worked closely with a large institution in Scotland to create a coaching program. One hundred leaders participated, with many working towards their certification through the International Coach Federation (ICF).

Gayle has been part of the Coach Training Program at Auburn Theological Seminary in New York City, training that is accredited through the International Coach Federation. Through these institutions she has conducted individual and group Mentor Coaching, a requirement that must be met before applying for certification.

Coach Skills Training

The coach training program is accredited through the International Coach Federation (ICF). By taking this course, you will have met the training requirement to become a certified coach through the ICF ACSTH path. Modules will be based on ICF competencies, including Action Planning, Powerful Questions, Expanding Possibilities, and Coaching Presence.

The coach specific training program consists of 60 hours with on-site and webinar format (ACSTH Path). Participation includes:

  • 2 on-site training weekends

  • 6 monthly two-hour webinars

  • 12 hours of self-study to include readings and assignments

  • 1 individual coaching supervision session with a lead faculty

There is no training currently scheduled.
