Gayle Irvin,

RN, MA, PCC

As an Executive Coach and Management Consultant, Gayle works at the intersection of academic theory and real-life organizational challenges. As a manager, she led a large team in an operational environment. This experience gives Gayle a unique edge in coaching.

Gayle is Gestalt trained and incorporates the theories, models, and concepts into her work. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF). Gayle trains and mentors people working towards their certification through the International Coach Federation.

Gayle earned a MA from Columbia University in Organizational Psychology and Leadership, and a BA from Moravian College in Industrial Organizational Psychology.

Experience

Gayle has worked in corporations, non-profits, the healthcare industry, financial services, religious institutions, government services, and publishing. Her first career was as a Registered Nurse specializing in psychiatric nursing and substance abuse counseling.

Gayle was an Internal Organizational Development Consultant for The New York Times. For five years, Gayle lived and worked internationally. She has worked extensively with the Church of Scotland. Among other successes, she developed a coaching program and trained and mentored a team of coaches in Scotland.

Gayle provides personal consultation, coaching, training, and public speaking on topics related to coaching and consulting.
